Your Play Maxi Bag is padded with foam, so treat it gently and it’ll stay plump for a long time.

Spot cleaning: Easily wipe away everyday marks with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap.

Hand wash only: If a deep clean is needed, wash gently by hand in cold water with soft detergent.

Avoid harsh chemicals: Do not use bleach, and avoid soaking the bag for long periods.

Air dry safely: Lay flat or hang to air dry away from direct heat. Do not dryer, iron, or place near radiators, as high heat can damage the foam structure.

Made to order: Production of our bags takes between 2 to 3 weeks. Afterwards, we ship it within 3 business days.

Shipping: 3 business days for Spain, 3-7 business days for the rest of Europe. We do not ship internationally outside of Europe at this time.

Exchanges and returns: You can request a return within 14 days after reception.
Items must be unused and in perfect conditions. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

The bag has inside four spacious pockets to keep your daily essentials perfectly organized. Outside, two more pockets to hold the items you want within easy reach.
The handles are reinforced and padded too, so the bag sits softer on your shoulder.
